Dear Women in STEM (DWIS) is a Community-driven platform that amplifies, equips, and celebrates Black and Brown women navigating every stage of their STEM journey, from College to Career.

Founded by Plastics Engineer, Lilian Judy, DWIS began as an audio journal during the pandemic and has grown into a global organization rooted in transparency, visibility, and real-world tools. We blend storytelling, strategy, and sisterhood to build confidence, connection, and career growth for women often left out of traditional STEM narratives.
